Standard Delivery (Basic)

Our most affordable option for convenient pickup.

• Orders are delivered to your designated Community Hub for pickup.

• Flat fee: $7

• You’ll receive a scheduled pickup window once your order is ready.

• Orders must be picked up during the assigned time window.

Priority Delivery

Need it faster? Choose expedited service for quicker access.

Expedited Direct Delivery

• Your order is delivered directly to your location.

Expedited Hub Pickup

• Your order is delivered to the Community Hub with a priority pickup window of 1–2 hours.

• Designed for customers who want faster turnaround and minimal wait time.

Scheduled Delivery / Extended Hold

Extra flexibility if you can’t pick up during your scheduled window.

• If you miss your scheduled pickup, your order will be held for up to 24 hours (next day).

• You may pick up anytime during the next day’s availability window.

• You can also proactively schedule your pickup for:

  • Next day, or

  • Within 1–2 days

Important:

• If your order is not picked up within 24 hours and no new pickup is scheduled, it will automatically be moved into a scheduled delivery.

• If you schedule a pickup within 2 days but fail to collect it, your order will also be converted to scheduled delivery automatically.
